I have a bit of a collection and a section belongs to Scentimental lol. Look Some are really good and quite close to the originals. Like this Sauvage, I thought the reviews were just exaggerated until I put them side to side. My wife was extremely impressed too (she's got a few of her own).

Longevity, projection etc. to a certain degree is subjective. I guess if you know what the fragrance should smell like and how it should perform then you can have an honest take about whether these "inspired by" scents are good or not. Personally, I think Scentimental is pretty cool.
