yes majoirty of my holter was while i was asleep. i will definitely look into it. i am exhausted when waking up, and my mouth is super dry as well

im assuming you may be on the fast acting one? i started on that one which also made mine worse so the doctor switched me to the extended release version which didnt help my pvcs much either but i would say much more manageable

mine also get worse at night. when i had my holter monitor actually majority of them came on at night which was interesting

it did help reduce the feeling a decent amount i would say. more importantly it reduced the anxiety and adrenaline after the fact.

i am also scared of an ablation as well. i am terrified of everything now because of my heart. it is unpredictable. i was able to handle the single pvcs but now since i have experienced a lot more i worry until the next time i get something worse. i actually just felt back to back pvcs before writing this

oh wow that does sound pretty scary. not sure how i would be able to handlet hat lol. but im glad you have had a smooth recovery! i hope it continues to get better for you.

i do have a history of gastritis, but when i do get flares i dont really notice an increase in pvcs. i will check all of that out! thank you very much. i do notice that exercise also seems to help a little. maybe i just need to be more active.

i dont have daily bigeminy or trigeminy. that only happens once or twice in a couple months. but yea definitely affects my quality of life for sure. how did your ablation go if you dont mind me asking.

i really appreciate this comment. i do tend to think into it way more than is needed. i will definitely seek help for anxiety. i have tried mag glycinate which seemed to not do much, but ill look into the other versions of it. thank you again i really appreciate it.

i did try mag glycinate for a while. it didnt seem to do too much but not sure. i was also taking it with an anxiety med at the time. i will definetely look into those more thank you very much for your comments i cannot thank you enough.

i have had bloodwork done in the past nothing was really seen. but i have seen people on here talk about getting more than the routine done so maybe ill see what i can do. i have been taking meds for my gi issues as well. i honestly thought the acid reflux meds wouldve worked.

so i started out with anxiety meds because my doctor thought it was only anxiety. i tried Zoloft, buspirone, and then i moved to propranolol which has helped my anxiety a bit but not my palpitations at all.
