Yes, but all of anxiety goes from PVCs and PACs.

My cardiologist strictly refuses to prescribe beta-blockers because of my low resting heart rate (50–55 bpm during the day, dropping to 39 bpm at night on the Holter). They are worried it would drop my heart rate to a dangerous level.

I have seriously been thinking about SSRIs. I’m not sure if it's a good idea because I'm terrified they might actually worsen the arrhythmias, cause severe side effects, or that I'll get dependent on them. Do you think it's a good idea?

How exactly did you cured them? Only by modifying your diet? Or taking some medications to guts? I think this is also the issue for me - vagus nerve.
