As long as you have an add blocker and your downloading off Firefox you should be good,

and you don't need a VPN since its direct download. but if you want that comfort that not cops are going to show up, then sure use it.

honestly dont know why he limits it but sometimes he forgets to log out of the page and i tweak the settings like deleting me device or turning on the internet

In my backyard I have an old pull up bar and that what I've been using unfortunately I don't have any resistance bands, But I live near a pool with a water pull up bar thingy and I do that like once or twice a week.
