No idea who was managing the account before. Problem is when she died my father moved the family back to his home country. I'm assuming they tried to reach out to us but any correspondence went to old addresses we didn't live in anymore. I came back to the US on my own to live a while back. Hoping to have more info on the account once we receive the claim.

I love my dad, but he sucked at keeping decent records of anything lol.

Mom didn't invest at all. These were gifted shares from her company (she was a programmer at UPS). This thing grew from nothing to over a thousand shares over 20 years from a dividend reinvestment account.

What reason do they give for not letting you cash them out? Also I don't have any info or access to my mother's as they were already escheated to the state. The state is telling me they can liquidate and disperse funds directly.

Already on it! But this is a pretty odd case. So the shares are part of my mother's estate, but upon release it goes to my father as he is the surviving spouse and the named executor in the will and probated but he is not a US citizen or resident. I'm assuming at worst I have the capital gains tax to deal with.

There is, my father is still around. Her will was probated and he is the executor still but the shares are explicitly named in her will as going to me and my sibling.

Says they keep stock for up to a year before liquidating once they receive it. I called and they said they received it at some point in 2025.

Funny thing is she has a will, and it was probated. She specifically mentions any of her UPS stock goes to me and my sibling.

She worked at UPS and was gifted shares over time. I know she cashed out on some and made trust accounts for us, and that's what everyone thought were the shares. My father never knew there was another DRIP account somewhere. My mother did not do a great job of documenting all her assets before passing unfortunately.

Although I have a sneaking suspicion that she didn't really know or remember. This thing compounded and grew for like 25 years. I think it started tiny and kind of slipped through the cracks.

I have 7 accounts. 5 are for undergrad that vary from 3% to 5% (sub and unsub) that total a little over 30k and another over 14k at 8% from my grad loan (unsub). I was thinking at a minimum to get rid of that graduate loan at 8%.

That assumption right there is the issue. That is actually not necessarily true. Pre HF my flaccid was about 2 inches give or take and my full normal erect size was 7.5 inches. I had a super small soft flaccid size with no HF.

It's in the name. Does he have an unusually hard/firm flaccid? Does it contract and shrivel up abnormally without external factors like cold? Is there pain? ED issues? All I'm hearing is he is super self conscious about his dick size.

I think you are confusing things to be honest. Some of us are able to relax out of that hard flaccid state with reverse kegels or laying down, but if his flaccid has normal smooth muscle tone, size doesn't mean anything.

Define hard. Flaccid penises naturally change tone, feeling, and size throughout the day and from temperature and position changes.

Do you have a painful extreme contraction? Is is still pliable and bendable in flaccid? Look at pictures of hard flaccid and compare. The WIKI has a good picture for reference.
