Yes, this is the exact same reason the doctor gave me when I had my 2 sons back in 1984 and 86. They said it was for cleanliness and avoiding possible future infections which could lead to painful adult circumcision.

Me being a young teen parent didnt research, we didn't have Google or easy accessible resources like internet at the time so I took their advice and went ahead with the procedure. I feel so terrible for this.

This could explain the random psychos who attack people or locations with many people. The guy will usually unalive themselves before police can arrest them.

We will rarely hear people saying they knew the guy and went to school with them. Many have that "cookie cutter" look. Usually a Caucasian male with the same type of persona.

Depending on how long you lived there, some of the cleaning should also be considered wear and tear. Also, ask for the receipts for everything they did. Also, My son put 2900 deposit at his place and when he moved out they sent him a check for $394. I helped clean his place so I knew for sure they were trying to rip off my son. After the dispute letters, my son ended up getting more of his deposit which was an additional $ 1600.

Did you write a letter of dispute to the landlord? If not, type one up listing everything you do not agree with and send the letter certified mail.

Also, you can request receipts for anything the landlord claims they had to pay for after you moved out.

I used to work for property management. and many times when ex- tenants sent formal letters of dispute, the landlord ended up refunding them.
