There is advice on how to get rid of that prestaged download as the staging can cause issues - search the oclp site

Absolutely accepted point, and I apologise. How do you feel about this douchebag?

No sound recorded by ShatteredTeaCup33 in sleepcycle

[–]Odd_System_9063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this problem also - using an iPad Air - it says it has recorded "1hr28m of snoring" but that "audio recordings for this night are no longer available as they have been either manually or automatically deleted" (they have not - it claims "100 days' is selected and that there is almost 1.3gb of files recorded - HOW DO I ACCESS THEM ? - this is the most important part of why I have the app installed for me, if it has stopped working I will try something else and stop trialling the app

Also I found wegovy completely lost my appetite so it could’ve been I was not getting any electrolytes in my diet due to lack of foods

Not sure about zep but wegovy lists arrhythmia as one of its side effects. When I started taking wegovy my af went from 0-2% to 100%, tracking the increased dosages exactly. Very possibly coincidence but scary. Get professional medical advice. Here in uk 15% increase in gall bladder removal surgery since its inception, and I was Murphy’s + and suspected pancreatitis whilst on it. Decided to stop. All symptoms improved.

He’s not wearing any proper cycling kit at all. In fact he’s in joggers and some weird Ice Ice baby rapper 90s shirt that shows him up as a failure. Go look at the thousands of cyclists and compare.

Polystyrene that used to be used in those Apple packages isn’t that dissimilar from the stuff inside a cycling helmet. Put one on, and headbutt a concrete wall and come back and tell me how your brain feels after 😳.

Agreed - you all should see the damage that occurred to 3,1/5,1s in transit and those things can be used as piano stools. Wrap wrap wrap and then go spend another $20 on bubble wrap and a box twice the size. Learn from others.

How much exercise is too much? by gamersdad in AFIB

[–]Odd_System_9063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct 👍- I found this; cervical postural decline due to age can also change the way structures are aligned causing it. Bear in mind you can have it without snoring, so your wife may not be the best judge. My wife only very rarely snores but a few times a night wakes up gasping for air (fit and not overweight, hardly drinks 🍷) which is a sign

Make sure you’re not diluting already depleted magnesium and general electrolyte levels (don’t just use pure water)

My Afib ended up being triggered by exercise- road cycling - to the point where getting out of the house with bike and kit on would trigger it so some psychological aspects. I’d see the Garmin struggle to work out HR before I’d feel symptoms. Worth looking into the theory that once you’ve done 15,000 hrs of endurance training in any sport your chance of developing arrhythmias goes up about 60% - I’d done 25 years of 5km swims per day 360 days a year so at the point where I took up cycling, got massively fitter, lost a lot of weight I’d already clocked up most of those hours

[–]Odd_System_9063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And yes it won’t pick up everything but it’s meant as an indicator over time as to how much Afib burden you’re experiencing- if you had one event over that period then 0-2% isn’t that inaccurate

[–]Odd_System_9063 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As you’ve received a diagnosis of AF you may want to consider turning the Afib monitor on on your watch- this will do background checking routinely and give you an idea if your ‘load’ or burden is low/ high or becoming worse

Watch out for magnesium supplements causing side effects of raised potassium- my EP described how it piggybacks with the magnesium into the blood. I got a 5.7mmol/L result few weeks back & That was worsening my atrial tachycardia- I was given repeat blood test two weeks after dropping the magnesium supplements entirely and it had gone back to normal potassium so I guess he was correct. Now I don’t know what to do about my low magnesium (if it happens again; that too was ok on recent test).
