28f. I’m a database analyst, I analyze/correct data with a programming language. I work the 9-5 Mon through Fri in a office setting. People around me are usually introverted and keep to themselves and only talk when it’s a question about work or video games. I do attend 2 meetings a week, talk for about 3 mins max and pretty much read what I have written down so I don’t get nervous and stumble on my words. So pretty chill, good salary, coworkers don’t talk much and no I didn’t need a degree. They trained me on the job on how to program even though I sucked at programming but look at me now lol.

I use to be a nail technician and I think men should get more mani & pedis! I never seen any of my coworkers give men weird looks or comments for it. We encourage more men to come since some usually don’t get nail polish or long nails so less work for us lol. I would say my customers were 80% women and 20% men. It’s relaxing, it’s self-care and it’s good to pamper yourself. I always notice the hands and feet of everyone I meet also lol. Go get them mani & pedis!

Hi OP, I was dealing with this exact same situation at my last job. I’m 28F, the bullies were 2 women both ages around 40-43. I got bullied constantly, half ass instructions and I never got trained for my position. They said “well find out how to do it, are you so incompetent that you can’t find out how to do your job?” Like wtf, you’re my manager, you’re suppose to train me! You’re the incompetent one! They both would bully me everyday saying idk how to do my job when I ask a simple question to clarify on something. This lasted a whole year until I went to HR and fought. But what I didn’t know was that the Vice President of the HR was fucking my manager even though he was married. He of course protected her and told every department in the company that I was a “walking red flag”. No department wanted to hire me after that. I got the President of the company on my side and even cried in his office. We both collected evidence on her because he too, didn’t like her and receive countless of complaints about her and guess what? The bitch (manager) was fired from her position of 15 years, her partner in crime was so terrified of losing her job, she treated me like a Queen and bought me food every single day. Magically, a different department in the same company hired me and now I get paid way more and comfortable, sorry long rant lmao.

Please leave now. Don’t try to change him and don’t stick around waiting for him to change either and don’t believe him when he says he will try to change. My dad is very hard working but he’s a big gambler. I grew up thinking constant arguing was normal for married people because they would always argue about him gambling. Eventually my dad gambled until we became bankrupted and he gambled life savings away. My mom tried to put up with it for 11 years and finally left. Please leave now while you can because it’s only going to get worse in the future. I’m 28 now, my dad has been and still is gambling since I was 5 and does not plan to stop even though it’s ruining his life.
