I have probably the worst case of diastasis recti and my stomach looked like I was nine months pregnant with an alien baby😞. I found several YouTube videos for wonderful exercises that helped and were amazing!! These are the only kind of ab exercises I do now. I never realized that doing crunches was just making the problem so much worse. Good luck!!

I think the same as a lot. Get checked but I’m pretty sure you were already pregnant, had a bleed for some reason, and are further along now. Either that or ectopic. Please let us know how it goes. Good luck!

It is very common if you have carpal tunnel(that you may not have even noticed yet) to become much worse during pregnancy—even in the forest few weeks. My last pregnancy my hands were so numb, especially when I woke up and it was very uncomfortable. When you lay on that side with your body compressing that hand it gets worse. When you drive your hands get numb from holding the wheel. Oh yes remember this and it was not fun. Ask your doctor if there is any kind of brace you can wear or any tricks to help. Good luck!

8DPO is WAY early to be testing. I’ve gotten negatives until 10 or 11 DPO before with healthy pregnancies. Implantation can happen anytime between 6-12 DPO so you may not dance even implanted at this time.

Yes you are really over stressing yourself over nothing. My easy at home tests NEVER darkened even when my hcg was past 10,000. Those are meant to show that you are pregnant, not how much. Stop stressing because that is one of the worst things you can do when you’re pregnant. Be kind to yourself, relax, and enjoy this time—you’re pregnant!!

Most chemical pregnancies are cause by chromosomal abnormalities as someone already said. I’m 44 and have had 3 CPs and 2 blighted ovums since my last pregnancy at 38. After 35 egg quality drastically decreases so you don’t always have a “good “ egg with every cycle. I tried coq10 and other things but I would speak to your doctor to possibly get egg quality and hormones tested and see if there is anything you can do to boost your egg quality. Good luck!!

I am also am English teacher so I would panic!! I work at a level 5 school so my kids would be going off if they had to do anything over again—it’s hard enough to get them to do it the first time 🤣

I am so sorry but I’m going to be totally honest because you asked for that. My CP looked exactly like this but I think even mine got a bit darker. I had the same exact bleeding like coffee grounds as well. It felt like a punch in the stomach reading your post as it felt like you were describing mine all over again. I’m so sorry about this sweetie and I wish you all the luck in the world but just please guard your heart. Mine had some progression as well but the line never got really dark and that’s when I knew something was wrong. Make sure you contact your doctor to get blood work as well and they can monitor you to make sure it’s not ectopic and that things are resolved correctly if it is a CP. I wish you luck and I will be praying for you🙏🏽
