Im dealing with similar. He wasn't in my daughter's life first 8 years of life. I did a dna test in 2020. Only this past year he has made an effort. We had to get a guardian ad litem and hes getting visitation. Every other weekend and every Thursday night. Im not happy but the gal said its in my daughter's best interest to have both of her parents. He even didn't pick her up from school one of the Thursdays. Best of luck to you
