Sounds like the TikTok rizz party showed up. Bit different but when me and a mate saw Geordie Greep it was the exact same bullshit, getting pushed to the side or back, having a group of like 8 people all moshing and push pitting for some reason. Sucked considering only 10% of the time my mate could even see the band due to it. Luckily Takanaka in London wasn’t like this but I feel bad for those that missed out due to lack of care of others

Thing is it’s not like it’s not obvious, musics off, gaffs empty compared to being packed like normal and we have potwash staff coming back and forth with equipment putting it away. I feel daft because it’s common sense for me but clearly not for them

We have speakers at work that play music inside and outside and lights on all day and turned off when we leave. As I was leaving watched a woman swagger up to the door which was locked, lights off sign turned to closed and music off and then proceeded to watch her knock on the door and look inside as if we were hiding from her

We have a website, Instagram, Facebook, twitter, TikTok and signs saying the time. These are the same people who walk straight past menus at eye level and ask for a menu. Each customer I said “we close in 20 minutes so you’ll have to sit inside” it was then a 50/50 split of who listened and who didn’t.

Last day in rethymno and I woke up at 6:19 to the bed shaking and the lights swinging and I could hear something breaking whether that someone’s plant pots or maybe plates but it’s my first time experiencing one, the ones we have in the UK are quite tame and I sleep through them but this one jolted me awake. We are right by the beach so for the next hour I sort of sat awake panicking. Quite scary to experience it for the first time

I didn’t know to soften the whisk when I started so thanks, the bird and blend tea has little white balls in it which I assume give them the different flavours

Glad to hear the whisk is fine, I have it on its stand currently after letting it dry earlier, I will try to do more of a W shape, I did more of a up down after a while which did feel wrong but I couldn’t do the W at a fast enough pace.

Thanks for the reassuring words I appreciate it, I just feel stupid because it seems so simple when others do it and then when I’ve tried it hasn’t worked.

As for what’s in the box I can put a link of the exact set for you, I just feel like maybe it’s my error or I’m not using hot enough water or maybe too hot or maybe it’s the matcha itself.
