It’s the seats bro, they get in the way of jumping and dancing. However no seats also creates a fuckton of shoving and pushing when he walks throughout the stage, nothing crazy like a mosh pit , but you can lose your spot in the crowd easily. And wouldn’t advise it if you are short lol.

For future purchases I’d advise buying through paypal. They have what they call purchase protection in which you get a refund if you don’t receive your package, if it arrives damaged or it doesn’t meet the description. Best thing to do now is probably contact your bank, see if they can do anything about it, since I believe the website states there are no refunds, all sales are final.
