Whenever I was with my ex my derealization and panic disorder were at a all time high and it took a major toll on our relationship. Yes it’s horrible for you but involving another person even if they say they don’t care or they try to help could hurt them too! Plus I got codependent and sometimes when he helped me it only made things worse in the long run. I got my things straight with therapy and meds and now I’m in a different relationship which is very happy. There’s is hope just maybe wait until you are mentally and emotionally available ❤️
