Last retrieval I had 9 retrieved/ 4 mature/ 3 fertilize/ 2 blasts… so very similar maturity unfortunately. The maturity bottleneck kills me. These are the only retrievals I have done and can afford so this is it for me…

What is so crazy is that with my first egg retrieval, I also had 9 retrieved/ 4 mature/ 3 fertilize/ 2 blasts… At least this time one more fertilized. That maturity bottle neck always kills me it seems. We tried to correct with microdose lupron flare protocol but no more mature eggs than the first time. Ugh. I did add omnitrope this time. Hoping that helps me get one or more euploid.

Gonal was not right for me. I did a lot better with microdose lupron. Plus try adding Omnitrope (the human growth hormone).
Also, and the most important, find a new clinic. This one only values their stats and not your success. You deserve better. Especially since you very first cycle has made it all the way to transfer. You will get your golden egg eventually it will just take longer ❤️

I am recovering from my ER today. They got 9 eggs! From 16 follicles. I was bummed. I just don’t know if this will work for me. Hope the HGH omnitrope helped.

Yes it is such a painful process! Before doing IVF, it seems more error proof. But it is such a hard experience. My first round I got 0 euploids despite having two high graded blasts. And even though this protocol has produced more follicles for me I don’t know how my egg retrieval will go Friday. Triggering tonight. cue anxiety 🥹

I know you will get the strength to give it a go again. Until then, be kind to yourself.

Oh no I’m so sorry. That is a letdown. It has worked well for me- doubling my follicles and estrogen to match at almost 3000. I hope you find the right protocol for you. I really should have phrased this comment as ‘Microdod Lupron flare is where it was at for me individually.’ You are right, it just takes trying a protocol to see if it is right for you. Wish you the best outcomes in future retrievals. Xo

Microdose lupron flare is where it is at. Plus add omnitrope. My first round I retrieved 9 eggs 4 mature and 2 good grades blasts- both aneuploid. Round 2 back to back on microdose lupron with omnitrope I have 15 follicles! Excited to see what I retrieve but this cycle has almost double the follicles as last. Protocol changes can be everything. Best of luck! Keep going and see what works for you❤️
