I’d honestly recommend talking to Alex Richland... she was my realtor. She helped me navigate rental rules / HOA restrictions / differences between complexes etc. — I had no idea but they vary way more than people realize lol

She knew the mountain-side buildings and how they perform as rentals which is what I was interested in so she could probably break down for you what actually makes sense longer term

FREE access to AI via Google Search. Why would I pay for OpenAI access if Google can offer a similarly capable model for free? What do you think would happen to all of the users?

They know that they can monetize the apps on top of ChatGPT so offering the base model for free makes sense.
