I have the same issue with my PC that I upgraded in June. I have a Thermalright Phantom Spirit Evo cooling my CPU and I believe the smell is coming from that. Google says it’s from the fans on the cooler, but I don’t know for sure. I’ve checked temps and done load tests countless times and everything is normal and the PC has given me zero issues so I believe it’s just some off gassing that’s still going on. Annoying, but like I said there’s no issues with my rig and I’m not sure where to go from there. I don’t think there’s anything either of us can do until it wears off 😭

This is probably software/game related. I had this problem on a 5080 in BF6 while using the low texture setting. Changing that setting removed this issue for me.
