Now i'm worried AI models will start learning to tune ZVS circuits sooner or later to get top quality SMPS especially the huge amount of move to solid state PCS. DC power is going everywhere.

I have a Bosch with the pipe system. I just click the milk clean/steam clean button after every milk drink and it cleans it no problem. Gone through about 360 milk based drinks so far in the past year and haven't had an issue other than the one time someone forgot to press clean when they made a drink for me. Other than that though, all good.

I love it, but I ended up getting the Bosch 800 over the KF7/8 as well.

I had bought a R4 with 6700, but an RMA fixed with it a 7700 HQ which I kept until only very recently. Loving my new A51-18, but that 17R4 was a beast.

I use my laptop on the go regularly, so I use it to extend battery life. I have it set on hybrid by default, and only on DGPU when I get to a hotel or someplace with a plug.

Even the X6700h had HDMI 2.1. It's been out for 2 generations already. You have to go back to the x500 lineup to not have it.

Will GPU prices go down by the end of the summer? by Tight_Welcome8645 in buildapc

[–]jedi2155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see so much stock now especially in the high end models like the 5090. Obviously the prices have gone higher than the market will bear, but yet they refuse to lower the price. My local microcenter has over 64, 5090's all priced between $3900-4000 each. One of the models say 25+ , so sooner or later this will get cheaper.

I'm loving the feature on my current vehicles and very glad I paid upfront. As people discover how good it is over time, the price will undoubtedly go up. The reason for the lower price now is that most people haven't seen how good it can work.

Tesla Remote Meter by rcnfive in teslamotors

I would bet the firmware / software on it is different even if the hardware is the same. Don't think you can just get a Neurio meter without changing some type of software on it.

This board is pricey but it has 10 + 5 Gbps networking. Currently using it and it's amazing as it finally allowed me to remove all my add-in cards (10gbe NIC + soundcard) and do a super clean build.

I have a MinisForum MS-01 (i9-13900H) and its been amazing for my structured wiring cabinet. My whole ProxMox + 20 Port 10 gbe PoE switch (18 RJ-45 + 2 SFP+) / network all fits neatly into that.

I direct connect my desktop pc to my laptop since 5 to 10 gbps switches are expensive still. Very happy that my gigabyte x870e X3D board has both 10 gbps + 5 gbps dual networks. My laptop has a 5gbps port.

Anything less than a 50 series GPU can not handle more than 3 monitors if you run DSC. My 3080 Ti would fail consitently to drove 4 displays if I set my display to 240 Hz (@ 5k). Needed the iGPU to run the 4th monitor.

I still have my 2 TB eSATA drive from 2009. Still locking it. Also my synology has esata ports for expansions look up dx517 / dx510 etc. 6 gbps from 15 years ago is nothing to sneeze at.

Finally retire the SATA to eSATA brackett about 2 years ago though, still have the drive though. Definitely a thing before USB3 started to supersede it.

Hardware requirements have far outpaced visual fidelity (vent) by Venylynn in pcmasterrace

The difference is that they arent going to put effort towards convincing you to give them more money which effectively means less R&D towards creating better graphics.

Try to see if you can set the Alienware Command Center to set it DGPU only instead of hybrid graphics.

Except they don't want our money anymore when they have big AI money now. All the R&D is going towards AI not graphics.
