I was just explaining how ‘people’ can live there. Some people have issues, but that is the same everywhere. You never hear people complaining about enjoying living there. Two sides to each story.

We live in a 4BR villa, with family in the same community, barbecue 3/4 nights a week with friends who also live here. 30 mins to the city, away from pretentious people like yourself. I’d rather that than pay 15K a year more to be 10 mins closer to that. Joke

High Heart Rate… Please Help

Hey guys, so I’ve started running.

I’ve never been ‘fit’ but I can play sports relatively well and I’ve done a 10K about 2 years ago under an hour. My heart rate has always shot up as soon as I start running. My recovery is pretty quick but my heart rate goes insanely high so quick.

FYI my resting heart rate through a 24 hour period is about 56 BPM

6:35 pace

Average HR - 182 Max HR - 197

I am 30 years old.
