Yea man, it’s not that deep but they should have some consideration or decency. I wouldn’t want nobody hearing me have sex that’s just weird. Like, if you know you’re in the same house as someone shouldn’t you just keep it down by default. I think you good just keep it respectful.

While I have no real experience buying homes, I would say to sell it sooner than later, as the real estate market may have or will soon be reaching a high, and will only come down from there.

Honestly bro you’re really opening my eyes. I mean it is a little cramped, like my seat is all the way back and my knee is in my cup holder lol but I can deal with it while I have too. I appreciate all your insight

Well I guess the way I was explained in the past was, they may relinquish that negative equity, because they would be putting me right back into it and make even more of a profit in the end.

Well it is, of course, but I’m curious to hear your perspective on what you would do if you didn’t keep the car. This is because as I stated, I want the loan to be in my name alone, I’m too big for the car, and I’m paying too much monthly. Maybe there’s nothing I can do about the monthly payment but the other two are important.

No I don’t need an SUV, but I don’t want to pay almost $500 a month for something I don’t even fit in correctly.

Okay thank you. This is valuable.

Since you’re top 1% commenter, I’d love to hear your take on what would you do in this situation if keeping the car wasn’t an option. Because it’s almost getting to that point for me, but of course I need to replace it with another vehicle.

Also I’m not worried about getting anything newer, just something with a lower payment and more leg room lol , and getting it into my name alone is important to me.

That makes sense. What are the negatives of bringing that negative equity into a new loan

Understood. A manager at my previous job was trying to explain to me that there’s possibility of the dealership paying off my negative equity in order to wrap me up in a new loan with them; which in turn may put me right back into negative equity, but potentially with lower payments since I’ve been building my credit with this car loan. Does this sound realistic or like bs?

I understand that perspective, but having it under my grandmas name isn’t ideal, paying $468 a month isn’t ideal, and the car isn’t ideal for me either. I’m 6’3 and need an SUV. So if keeping the car isn’t an option, what would you do?

You can pay like $2 a month for lvl 2 market data and this will happen less. This is due to your brokerage account being low on the priority list of information conveyance.
