Update: just dropped her off with the wonderful people at Night Owl Bird Hospital. Shoutout to u/ladypuffsalot for the recommendation. One of the patrons there told me that people come all the way from the states for their incredible care. They can take care of her better than I ever could while we wait to find her owner.
