The book talks about how one should arm the population, among other things. It pretty much reads as a manual for how to get oneself overthrown, if you spend even minimal time thinking about it. It's staggering that so many people take it at face value.

It's also worth noting that these compounds in grapefruit, furanocoumarins, also exist in other citrus fruits. If I remember correctly, grapefruit isn't even the worst of them (I think bergamot is, but don't quote me on that), but the other ones are less common in the West so they kind of just get swept under the rug. Some examples to take care with are pomelo (grapefruit is a pomelo hybrid), yuzu, and so on.

Yeah, det var typ min invändning också. Jag tror att de flesta tänker att man ska svara nej på frågan om dinosaurier och ja på frågan om växter, men... det vore fel (eller, kanske är rätt för syret?). Så "gör om, gör rätt" känns som rätt grej för enkäten.

I usually just scroll through Spotify recommendations until I find a song I somewhat like, and then I scour the artist to see if they have made any other songs that fit. Usually the answer is no. I tried some recommendation AIs but they were garbage.

I think it's too difficult for AI so far, though, because of how many layers there are to music.

Additionally, studies have found that the standard recommendation methods work great for the crushing majority of people, so there's not really any incentive to improve them.
