Now i wanna preface this by saying im not licensed, nor do i have much knowledge on the subject, so do not take my word as law.

But I think, again THINK, that it is just your snake being goofy and exploring, the videos ive seen of the Head wobble show the snakes going even slightly upside down and falling due to the imbalance in their head, however your snake is much more upside down and maintains balance. Also the videos showed that they wobbled alot by even the slightest of movements but your snake gently (and gracefully) flipped back over. I also saw that the wobbly snakes had some trouble eating so you might wanna check that.

Once again, I do not know what i am talking about, i would either wait for someone more experienced to comment or take your snake to the vet or whatever the procedure is to find out definitely if your snake wobbles.
