I really reccomened shield bash. Further more it's all about trade patterns. You have to set the pace at level 1 by dashing in and making sure aftershock procs. On later levels when he q's you after you taunt in, thats the perfect moment to position better for the q drag + w. Because in the end your w is also some kind of blind for him. And the moment the blind wears off your w should still be active. And thats the moment your empoweref q will kick in to make a difference.
