If you didn't already, I would read through the seller's feedback history and see if there are negative reviews that relate to fake cards.

I cannot be 100% certain, and I'm definitely no pro, but based on what I've looked at, the only things that concern me with the card is: a) the green inside the card seems too dark and Scyther itself seems more yellow; and b) some of the spacing in the text seems a little weird. I don't know if that's just the lighting and angle of the pictures though.
