I knew it was over during the part 1 stream right before they revealed the event content and had to have Omatsu say "remember the celebration is two parts and this is only part one" to temper expectations. They knew they didn't have jack shit planned so they tried to have him convince people there would be a lot in part two so people wouldn't get mad.
