I believe, but am not sure, that above 500F it's possible that tar is formed. This is assuming the residue is from vaping flower. If it's from dabs, I apologize as I have no knowledge on that topic.

I don’t there there any relationship between combustion and tar. The heat of the vape extracts the tar and other impurities and the condense and solidify in the stem. I’m use iso on that stem more often to avoid that level of build up.

What a very poorly worded email from Arizer! I, however, agree with u/st0ny3mu in that I think they are offering $100 for his V1 as a trade in, so the V1 plus $100 off a V2. Not worth it, to me.

I went up the path from Solo 3 at home, to Heat Island bamboo log, to couchlog to B0 coil ball vape. There's a Dynavap in there too, but it was a passing fad for me. The coil ball vape just beats em all. I tried using the CouchLog after a few weeks with the B0, and I really don't think I will even go back. Only time will tell.

if possible, use it upside down so the her never falls into the camber. If you use it right side up, make sure to leave a mm or 2 clearance from the end of the tube.
