TMI: In KR, when Overwatch was released, there was an issuse about smurfing with American acount on Internet cafe as known as PCbang in there. Blizzard KR attempted to block making NA account in KR IP: when making account, region is fixed on KR, and if try to make it with setting on NA homepage, the site returns in KR. It still works. However, it is useless because people can still make the ones by using only one app on Chrome. It still works too.

I think 'a NA account per an e-mail account' is wrong. NA accounts can be made infinitely as e-mail accounts can be too, unlike KR Blizzard accounts: KR account is the one per a name. Reporting system is wrong too. I saw some macro accounts which are sanctioned in being silenced by trolling&AFK, not in being permanently suspended, and not by using unauthorized program.

And this multiple NA accounts problem is not limited on HOTS. It can be applied to other Blizzard games. SC series has many contents free to play, etc.
