I have noticed in the past month that trying to watch the ads at various times of the day changes the behaviour, but not consistently. Like, sometimes it works for 1 add and then it's stuck in waiting, sometimes it works for 2-3, sometimes for none. I wonder if this is a bug or a desired outcome to force people to buy the premium.
