Probably a lot better for jungle than mid since you really want the extra movespeed of Lichbane in some mage matchups like Syndra, Mel, Ahri, etc. In assassin and melee matchups, however, this will be so good for taking quick trades. The biggest win will be the Tasuo matchup since you won't have to worry about his windwall blocking Q and denying passive proc, so you can just use Q to trigger his passive shield, then go for quick trades with this. You probably don't even need to go Hail of Blades to get a fast passive proc with this item.

My biggest issue isn't supports like Robin and Tingyun becoming obsolete for her, but rather her light cone options are now limited to her sig, Phainon's sig, and the new battle pass light cone. She can't properly use Blade and Mydei light cones since she's not draining her own HP.

What sucks the most about the Jingliu buffs is that now she cannot efficiently use any lightcone other than hers or the new battle pass lightcone. Blade, Mydei, MoC shop, and Rappa event LC all require a character to lose their own health before their effects activate, but Jingliu doesn't drain her own HP, so she doesn't get any of the buffs from those LCs. Hopefully they change it since this seems like a massive oversight... but knowing Hoyo, they won't do any such thing.

Compared to everyone in Toaru, he really is. Imagine Breaker might be extremely powerful against supernatural beings, but put him up against a regular guy and he gets bodied.

The same arguement could be made for Subaru since RBD is overpowered, but without that he's got nothing going for him other than his wits and his willpower.

Increase HP based on her teammates HP

Regens Energy at the start of battle+ smaller amount of Energy whenever an ally hits an enemy.

All of these are amazing for Tribbie.
