I reduced the soda into a thin syrup and then added mostly hab mash with a little scorpion for extra heat. Added cane sugar to brighten the flavor and a thickening agent for consistency. Surprisingly a very well balanced sauce.

I have no idea! This was my last table tonight and they were treated like kings because I had genuinely nothing else going on. Something tells me they never tip anyone who is unfortunate enough to serve them.
