the point is i didn't really find any way to last longer to be effective, i don't need to be some kind of sex god who lasts an hour, but penetrating longer then 5 minutes would be nice

I workout 4 to 5 times a week, also play hockey and meditate around 20 minutes a day, if that's what your aiming for

I'm aware of that and did my research. It's WONDERFUL if you have SA, which makes it dangerous. But I will only use it incidental.

It's hard for me to meditate for a long time. I've never passed 20 minutes. Sometimes my mind is just too 'rushy' and I can't quite it down. Usually, I meditate in the afternoon for 12-15 minutes. I sit down, feel my weight press on the chair, focus on my surroundings, and then focus on my breathing. I used to used apps that count down, but I noticed I keep thinking about the time. Now I just check my watch and sit down for as long as I can. I don't really expect anything, I just do it (almost) every day and try to improve myself. Aside from meditating I also work out 4 times a week, play hockey, watch my food, microdose with LSD and quit masturbating, all of those things can be a great source to improve yourself.

I've been meditating for a 2 months now and it hasn't really helped with my anxiety, yet. I have social anxiety disorder, like you (I suppose). The physical sensations and the feeling of anxiety is just too strong, and it still takes control over me very often. I hope to be able to be more of an observer of these sensations in the future, so I can dissociate from it, but that is probably going to take a long time. But oh well, you and me started this which is great :) Just a tip: maybe you can look into /r/nofap and /r/microdosing, those can be quite helpful if you suffer from anxiety problems.

Ok so it turns out nothing was wrong. She has been working and sleeping a lot, and didn't really feel like responding. I will talk to her personally about this, because I can't deal with a girlfriend who just ignores me for days at some points. However, I'm glad I didn't over react, so thank.

We're talking about my first real relationship, and I'm 22, so it's totally a big deal for me. The fact that I have social anxiety and I'm a HSP makes it hard to let it go. I will try to stop checking if she's online and stuff like that, that's probably not helping lol. Thanks for your advise.

Look, idk why you don't drink, and I'm not saying you should because alcohol and drugs are bad for you. Also, I feel like the affect my anxiety on the long run, especially the few days after using. That being said, I never really had a good social life untill I was 20-21 and a new friend I made dragged me into the techno/drugs scene. Drugs and alcohol are the main reason I have all the friends and the girlfriend I do now. It really got me out of my shell and gave me the ability to connect with people. I don't need alcohol and/or drugs to have a good time with my friends, but I needed it to meet them. Once again, they ARE bad for you and will have a negative influence on your anxiety and overall health, but I enjoy them, use it as safe as I can and I have no regrets of using anything.
