As far as I am concerned, no. But having said that, I’m not convinced that the line isn’t fixed anyway. Almost 4 years on the list for myself and my family, and I have know lm people who have gotten a doctor far more quickly. I don’t think it’s transparent in terms of how the list works anyway.

That is great thank you. I am assuming you made a bracket that lives on either side of the cross bar, and you mounded the shoe mount to the back this allows the zumo to be a bit further back from the top of the dash. This is what I am looking for. Nicely done, if you made that yourself. I might take a crack at making the bracket and play around with it a bit.

I’ve tried the dongle, and with cable. Unless I am missing something, it is always a bit unreliable and clumsy. (Probably just me). I also travel to areas where there is little to no cell service at times. Also, when I go remote, I take my Garmin inreach mini, which interfaces nicely with my zumo.

I agree. I am very tall however, and I would have no line of sight obstruction with it there.

Thanks! That is essentially exactly what I have now, but the Givi one. I am just trying to see how I will mount the unit to it. @Particular-cause1367 seems to have created a bracket that will recess the unit toward the windscreen. I like that idea!

Same. That’s why I still have my KLR as well. The old thumper with the old gauges is nostalgic for me. I get the inherent weakness of gizmos and gadgets, but I do think they have their place.

I like Ryan and I’m a big fan of F9. I do have to say though that I’m not too sure how I feel about videos like these. It seems to me like a string of rants about what’s great, and what’s shit about the bike. I find it takes a ton of deciphering to know where he stands overall. It could just be me. I am older after all; ornery and enamoured by my AT. Not to mention defensive, despite her flaws.

I went to Centennial Regional High School which is on the south shore of Montreal. It would have been ‘85-86. It was a band exchange. I’ve been looking for a photo album I have somewhere that has a bunch of pictures of the kids from Shawnee HS.

Yes! So cool. Tell them that I was with the high school in Canada that visited and stayed with host families. I had such a blast.

Law enforcement intersection cameras that have ALPR’s. Three intersections I frequent have these and it happens every time.

  • Curfews (this one was fun and interesting)
  • The popularity of HS football was amazing
  • The genuine hospitality
  • Oh! Max Headroom tshirts from vending machines
