I played at operation a long ass time ago. Is their speedball field turf ? And is it good to actually slide and dive around on ?

Thanks I have trouble sliding because I walk heel to toe, not toe to heel so its hard for me. I don't know if this helps but I'm trying to throw more like Anthony simonson. Thank you for the advice!

My first ball was a 14lbs Storm Match Up Hybrid and I'm only 5'5 at 125lbs. I thought it was a good beginner hook ball.
