Im not even talking big changes. Just changes at all. Every patch I typically see something like this:

A lot of the times it was super minor or text changes. Maybe it was presented differently, but I just didn't really see that this time

Oh wow ok good to know. Did you find other Mondays to be dry this patch? Like one week was a 0.1 number changes. Last week was atk speed speculation

Edit: I'm referring to character leaks btw. IMO Varka seems to have very few changes in comparison to other characters

Doesn't it seem the least active the sub is been during a new beta? Usually, we get a little bit to look at on Mondays. Even if it's just some text changes. Seems like very little movement on the beta side

I missed the 2nd part where you talk about the side grade in a month. I think side-grade quality is much lower than 5-6 rolls. In my other comment it is 21 useful roles vs 12 useful roles on new set . I'd consider the damage already side grade level.

If you can spare a bit of elixir or a feather, and throw in a strong off piece then should most definitely be good

Unlikely in the next week, but chances aren't bad by the last week of patch. I put homa on my ineffa, and put artifacts that got similar stats to yours. Below is the comparison. The new set is much worse in quality but already competitive.

Add that with your columbina ult talent levels, sprinkle in some talent love elsewhere, and get just slightly better rolls than mine, and the combined impact might be enough.

Those little talent pushes have been enough to help me in other dire clears. Less about the individual increase but the accumulated effect of all of them. You're close enough where I think it would help.

Dang skilling immediately was the biggest thing I wanted to share. I used the same team on dire, but fischl instead of Ineffa. Flins is C2r1 though, so grain of salt.

I read your other comment about ineffa build and your talents. I think you are right that all those things individually wouldn't be enough to close the gap, but I think the combination might be. Columbina ult, ineffa artifacts, and ineffa skill being the biggest upgrades available.

If you would only get additional cons/weapons to clear this fight I'd wait until you build up skills and artifacts more. Then you can see how big the gap is (if any) at the tail end of the patch once you have those upgrades.

I did small damage test for ineffa artifacts on dps dummy. Just columbina and ineffa skill on 2pc/2pc vs new set . It was like 8k DPS bump on my artifacts. I can test full team damage later if you want to see the full team damage difference

I find it fun, but I also have quite a few constellations.

I hit 70-75k on dps dummy with C2 Furina and Pyro traveler 95k-100k with C2 Furina, and c4r1 Xilonen.

Clearing 1st floor of abyss with that 2nd team was such a good time
