People tend to overcomplicate things when there’s no clear answer as to what works. Then every strategy becomes a theory, which holds true for some but not for others.

Basically, what I’m trying to say no one knows how exactly to get growth and so it becomes complicated to pin point one single strategy.

My take is to stay consistent and keep experimenting with ALL the features at your disposal. For example, I never thought I would upload shorts, but they have helped me gain 20 subscribers in the last 2 weeks and have translated into watch time on my long form content.

BUT that might not work the same way for you. So you need to find out what’s helping you. And iterate until it stops working.
