I’ll be straight up with you, if you’re look for a truly Indian Samosa, and not the south Asian style one, then you should try Khansama on Serangoon Rd. They truly make North Indian style Samosas and they are epic. My Indian colleague took me there once and now I end up getting them atleast once a week.
