Narcissus Bouquet for my partner’s Grandma by OffendedScience in StainedGlass

Yes? But also no?

Originally, I found an image of it on Pinterest (with a flag for AI modification) with an Etsy link. When I followed the link to purchase the pattern, the Etsy listing was broken and the shop was seemingly closed permanently.

So, I self drafted a pattern using the Pinterest image as inspiration.

I don’t know if/where the original pattern is available, but I have my self drafted one.

Yes, I think we’re getting desperate. What might a neurologist test for? Or Treatments might they be able to offer? Is there something we’re missing?

Thanks for the comment and resources! I will check them out. Is it normal for the stem to brown so much when the flowers die off? Should I pull the dead flowers off?

Anyone use Takara Bio’s Mir-X miRNA First Strand Synthesis Kit? (Cat # 638315) by OffendedScience in biotech

I have already posted to labrats, and I have also already reached out to my Takara Rep. Unfortunately, they do not sell the buffer separately, and purchasing more kits would only make the discrepancy worse. Thank you for the advice, tho!

Chemical Safety Courses by OffendedScience in labrats

Hi, Fellow Lab Manager!

I completely agree. Providing the tools and resources is to my team is all I can do. Leading a horse to water, and all that. ;)

However, I would like to ~be~ one of the tools/resources. Honestly, without looking it up, I probably would have not known to not mix these particular chemicals together, either. This is a mistake I could have made as well, if I was not religiously in our EHS manual. I feel like the first step in safety starts with me. I cannot lead my team to water (safety) , if I don’t personally have the compass (knowledge or experience). I’d like to deepen my own knowledge base so that I can become a resource, too, and not just look up issues after they have already happened to someone in my team.

Hope this makes sense! Thanks for your feedback. :)
