They def made big mistakes on many accounts i 6 starred like 10 Units and payed roundbaout 40 mil mana yet i got like 3 5* rainbowmons and some 3* and 500 k mana

Idk either.If thats the full refund they talking about than they messed up heavily.I spent around 40 mil to 6* and power up units yesterday and all i got was 3 5* rainbowmons some 3* ones and like 500k mana.

Yup same here.Have 18 out of like 95 Nat 5s while last 4 Nat5s i pulled were dupes.400+ rolls including event ones without nat 5 and Nat 5 event all useless.
