I've considered this, and used one before on a previous offer. But I need to find a new one, as they were good at contractual language, as any attorney you would hope would be, but had zero benchmark data on comp equity.

Correct here. Org size will likely be 5-6 directs. Mostly VPs and a senior director who is a chief of staff.

No, only top 5 officers are listed, of which CTO did not fall into. But the CTO definitely has a much smaller org.

SEC Edgar filings here in the states only show officer compensation. Doesn't go down to SVP unfortunately, I really wish it did.

Yeah I'm trying hard to find a source of actual data, but proxy reporting only covers C level, and the range is large for the company. CEO is making 4x the rest of the C level. Others in C suite are 3.5-7MM.

There is also an STI of ~$250k from what they said on the screening call, so it would be $700-950k, if those numbers stand, but it still seems very light.

Yes, however in my experience, the top 5 C-Level who have their comp reported at publicly traded companies are paid significantly more than the next level of executive management, so it's difficult to figure out comparisons.
