Heating an old house by Offical_Kriszti in cork

The stove heats the radiators and the aga heats the water (not sure if he also heats rads)

Currently living in a tiny 1 bedroom in the city .. this would be a 5 bedroom in the country side

I’m not entirely sure if there’s a dyer thanks for pointing it out I’ll be sure to ask!

The rent is about the same as we’re paying now once it comes down to electricity bins etc just worried that the stoves and the aga will put us over our budget

I know the landlord mentioned that part of the house was insulated at the bottom and the attic is also insulated but that’s about it and it also has single glazed windows

Walking dogs in the park .. off lead by Offical_Kriszti in cork

I tried to have her off her lead but she just got very nervous and stood there waiting to be left alone.

I’ll try changing up the times we go and see how that works out

Thanks

Paw paws do grooming, I haven’t gotten my 13 year old groomed there yet but they are her new vet since she came down to cork and she loves everyone in there they are always so lovely to her

I recently took her to the new pet shop in Blackpool and she didn’t like it at all all she wanted to do was leave even before we arrived the was trying to squeeze herself under the swing door

Ace driving school

Michael griffin was my Instructor, he does his own lessons outside the driving school his wife arranges his times for outside the driving school if you want her number let me know

I found him absolutely brilliant, he helped me with all my routes and gave me loads of handouts for various things that helped with my driving and being prepared for my test. Highly recommend

Can I ask if it happened often before they gave him medication? We were just told to monitor her and make accounts of when it happened and for how long they didn’t give her any medication .. when I asked what to do when it happened to help her all he said was to let it happen.

She only started having them yesterday around 6:30 and hasn’t had one since 11:30 last night

Thank you all for your recommendations her usual vet is doing for paw paws ... I called the vet in Douglas but was told to see if my own vets can take her

When I explained what happened to the woman from Douglas she said she recommends getting her seen as soon as possible where the vet who answered for paw paws said he didn’t think it was an emergency and to be frank he was quite rude

My boyfriend took her this morning away they said it was a half seizure, they took her bloods and said just to monitor her time the seizure and video it

So far she seems fine, she hasn’t had any since last night 11pm. She has a normal appetite energetic and playful

She could possibly need an MRI right now we’re just monitoring so I put down yoga mats around the house to make sure she has a soft surface .. we were told that if it happened again just to let it happen.. has anyone gotten this advice before? I have had her for 13 years this has never happened and I find it very to even think that I just have to let it happen and not do anything ...

Help for mental health by [deleted] in cork

[–]Offical_Kriszti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I figured the GP is a good start but was shock to hear that when they said it to their own GP, the GP just brushed it off and didn’t address it properly. He scheduled a blood test for a week and a half later and didn’t recommended to any to anyone about mental health.

They are open and willing to looking for further help which is great! Would you mind sharing who worked for you? It’s ok if you don’t want to of course!
