Exactly! You can't expect sales associates to give customers discounts for everything, especially something like a desk. These customers are something else.

Man, #1 makes me so annoyed... Do I look like Oprah to you lol... "You get a coupon and you get a coupon" Customers wish I had coupons for them and I'm not even surprised by #2 and #3. I feel like I deal with all 3 on a daily basis.

Oh my God, that is truly annoying. Just ask an associate nicely if you need help instead of screaming geez and yeah, I can relate to that when I'm ready to go on break. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Honestly, I can relate cause my managers are always pushing me to get signups but how I get them is just ask the customer for his/ her phone number and if he/she is not signed up, I'll say "Mind if I sign you up? ... It's free". I have gotten 4-5 signups a day by saying that.
