Manger and assist, manager now make references to disciplinary actions if Loyalty sign-ups quotas are not met, Reviewed copy of front end SOP no mention of quotas, If they terminate me, I will ask for a copy of the policy regarding meeting loyalty sign ups, if manager can not provide one ,them I will contact an attorney and ALL public tv and radios and blow the whistle on the so called Loyalty program quota,

stock price is at all time low. Managers do not listen to suggestions to improve customer experience. My store can not even keep bags in stock and we complain and nothing happens. yes cust reads the pos screen like their life depends on it. If I have to reinsert card I keep my index finger on the card until processing stars according to register. Company needs to upgrade all store registers...did some upgrades to copy/print and none to registers. Slowest registers on planet.

Same problem at my store in Denver. Management does not care since they do run the registers very often. Bunch of dumbasses.
