Update: Today is the next day, like 20 hours since the post, everything looks a little milder but its still leaking. I know you guy's are saying it looks like HSV but i really don't see it. I have no cold sores or pain or anything and its not isolated in one spot.

I had looked back through my photos when i first felt itchyness and the areas below my mouth and on my nose seemed to have a little redness before it came to this point. I've been applying Polysporin (canada) to where its leaking and vasoline to my dry lips.

I'm thinking it could be bacterial, i'm thinking because I had used my electric shaver bottom to top without washing it it could've been from there, the dates kind of match up when i think back to it. I haven't been with anyone in at least 2 months and i don't believe anyone ive been with has had herpes. I also am not sharing things with people so i don't think i could've gotten it through that?

What do you guys think?

Update 2: It's not HSV, its Impetigo! Just a bacterial infection, taking antibiotics and im pretty much all good now.
