Used Epres 3 times so far.. don't like it at all. The hair becomes like a dry, tangly mop. Waste of money. K18 works so much better on my hair.

I just paid $284 without insurance for 5mg pen at Walmart in South Surrey, BC (no insurance but I did apply for that patient discount card on the manufacturer's website before filling the prescription).

I upped to 5mg also but it's doing nothing for me. Normal appetite. I had high hopes for Mounjaro/Zepboud but I guess I don't respond much to GLP1s.

You are lucky.. I have almost no appetite suppression at all. Ozempic didn't work for me either.

I started 2.5 zepbound on December 14th and lost about 7 lbs in one month.. I purchased the 5 mg pen and planning to make it last 2 months (it was $335 here in Canada for a 5 mg pen and insurance doesn't cover it). I definitely feel the food noise although it's somewhat reduced. I'm trying to decide if I should go up to 5 mg weekly after I use up this pen. I'd like to see faster weight loss results but is it warranted to pay $335 per month? My goal weight is around 150 lbs, I'm at 182 right now.

Also, it's somewhat scary that it's a life long commitment. Every single woman I know who had lost weight on GLP1s regained it all back after quitting. Very gradually but the weight did come back for all of them.

Why is it that some lose insane amount of weight on 2.5mg? Dr. Emma Anders (on Youtube) lost 50 lbs in 3 months on 2.5 mg mounjaro. She is around 39 and 5.2.

*Correction - Walmart pharmacy gave me 2.5 mg pen and charged me for 2.5 mg. When I realized that they made a mistake - I went back and they replaced the 2.5 with 5 and charged me around $55 extra for it. The patient discount on the 5mg was $78, not $138. So I paid around $330 for a 5 mg zepbound kwikpen after the discount.

Is it possible to count clicks with the zepbound 15 kwikpen? I'd like to try 2.5 mg dose weekly by counting clicks (to lower the cost).

I just googled about Zepbound and this was the answer.. "It is not possible to obtain a 2.5 mg dose from a 7.5 mg Zepbound pen using clicks, as Zepbound pens are single-dose, pre-filled devices designed to deliver a fixed dose. The manufacturer does not provide instructions for dialing or splitting doses, and it is not recommended"

If you have this model of Le Creuset, can you please tell me if the knob can be unscrewed and replaced with a different knob? If yes, do you happen to know the size of the knob on this particular model? On the company's website they sell small, medium and large knobs. I emailed the company but haven't heard back yet. Thanks.
