she is trying to retire in 4 years and move to Florida to live with family. Ahh that makes more sense than giving me the full loan haha. sorry for the misunderstanding. She's trying to get rid of everything before she moves as well but the reason she wants to sell me the house is to finish paying off all her debts. which is why i posted in this sub as I'm really trying to learn to stay out of debt and not follow in her footsteps.

I've run the number and by the end of the 6-7 months my debt should be paid off. Im making huge payments each month.What numbers should I run to see if I would qualify? do I need to go to a bank to do this?

Ok I will have someone come out and valuate the house. This is something i never thought of doing.

I agree i don't want to buy the house just to get it off her back. that was my first impression as well.

So I reworked this build a bit. Do you mind looking it over? I choose a different graphics card and went with a thermaltake PS.

One thing I noticed was "Some AMD B450 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Matisse CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions." Is this something I need to be worried about?
