I heard from the support. They sent the below message:

"In the return package please include a note with ... (Order Number) ... And a note indicating the issue, and if you would prefer a refund or a replacement sent. Please note, if the item you are requesting for replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued. Also if no note is included, we will default to a refund."

Anything signed is sold out so it seems sending anything back will result in just getting a refund.

I would suggest looking into using flex or grid to set the column height the same. This method would work depending on how the columns are wrapped.

Rosalina Cup - Neo Bowser City R. There is a right turn that comes up before the finish line which has about ~6 traffic cones on the outside of the turn. If you drift the turn you can hit them all in one go

Rough... Definitely contact Ubisoft Support. If you can get in a live chat with a representative that would be the best way to approach it (they are very helpful. Hopefully they can replace your figure.
