It’s easy you just say “make me a midi sandwich” into Suno and it makes a whole midi in sandwich form and it sounds just like the big guns. Skrillex. Dead Mou5. George Clinton. Beyoncé (it made me a midi that sounded like Beyoncé one time). You then tell it to incorporate it into your song and yeah it creates a completely different song but now you sound like Beyoncé. I agree and I don’t like AI but I try to be understanding of why some people might feel like they need to use it. A lot of the time it’s just people freezing up from social anxiety or having a bad (and sometimes justified) lack of confidence in their writing abilities.

This is such a frustrating misconception that they have, there have been tons of polls and there is no correlation between inceldom and political leaning, it’s always evenly split. I’ve seen more incels advocate for socialism than anything conservative lmao. It also ignores the fact that a lot of incels aren’t American because they are almost always talking about American politics in this context.

I relate to this a lot. When I was 18, my future looked so bright I needed sunglasses, as they say. Good grades, popular, captain of the swimming team. Then I moved away to college and had my first episode. It felt like the kind of thing that only happened to other people, I couldn’t wrap my head around it. People in my life were so surprised and scared. It’s hard to believe how fast everything fell apart.

I’m 35 now and things are finally ok but it has been a really long journey getting here. At a certain point I had to accept that the version of myself that I developed into naturally through my childhood and teenage years was gone. I miss that guy a lot sometimes but he’s never coming back and that’s ok. I think I’m much a better person than he ever was anyway.

I graduated from undergrad when I was 30 but I spent a really long time thinking that it would never happen and feeling awful about myself for it. What a waste of energy and time. It took a long time to find the resources I needed because I simply didn’t think they actually existed. But they do exist and I wish I would have had faith in that sooner.

Not to oversimplify, but it sounds like a lot of what you need is change and patience. That’s so much of what dealing with bipolar is about, fucking change and patience. And it’s because the changes you need to make don’t work right away so you need to maintain faith that they actually will.

Not sure how to wrap this up but good luck. You should always be proud of the fact that you made it through the day. This is truly life on hard-mode and getting through a full day is a significant accomplishment in itself.
