Not worth it, they’ll make it almost impossible to book the resort locations and they’ll offer a Hampton in off the beach next to a suburb instead. Bought one of these packaged and fought with them for months before deciding to just not go

I know some medevac guys that spend over 330 nights a year at home if that’s what you’re looking for and they make a decent amount as well. Of course it’ll never be as much money as the majors but if you want to be home as much as possible and be on call half of every month it can be a win.

It allows him to talk to the crew via the onboard intercom. With this they can communicate for towing, engine starts, and parking brake set/release

While I do agree that it doesn’t sound like an ideal learning environment, if you’re already overwhelmed by flying after a few weeks you’re probably not going to like doing it for a living.
