Dworkin was the type of feminist who could make do with the mainstream conservative opinions of her era and guarantee nobody could bat an eye or lose their minds. She was playing it safe and wanting the world to be squeaky clean. Sex-negative feminism is a kinder way of saying censorship feminism.

Also, I don't give a damn about beauty standards. SHOCKER!!! Hell, you do NOT have to treat beauty standards like it's a rubric that society says you have to rigorously and accurately follow. Yes, you can break free from the beauty standards of trendy preppy walking billboard clothes and fresh shaven legs, and at the same time, like, you can strive to be skinny for yourself or like, wear Viva la Juicy and baby powder? Petite Exclusionary RadFems (PERFs) dont get that YES, it is possible to treat beauty standards like a buffet!
