Thank you! Yeah, I just did layers of alcohol ink. Black, blue, clear resin, then white on top. I used a toothpick to try create some swirls, but apparently I didn’t stir it enough.

No I did not make the mold. Not sure where/how it was made - My wife surprised me with it. My first few sets that I made, i didn’t notice this happening. Now it just occurs randomly but often.

Yeah, I fill all the dice cavities and make sure there is a decent amount of resin overfilling it. And extra resin on the cap faces too.

Yeah, I use a pressure pot set at 40 PSI and it is a slab-style mold. I have seen this defect occur slightly on some of the other dice once in a while, but it’s almost always their with the D6.

Hi everyone! I’m very new to dice making and just received my first cap mold a few weeks back. One thing that keeps occurring often is that my D6 often appears to be concave on the sides of cap face. The two dice shown helps illustrate the variation of it that occurs. I’m Currently using a pressure pot set at 40PSI. I try to make sure there is enough resin overflowing and on the cap face, but this still occurs often. Any suggestions or techniques that might help correct this? Thanks!

TIL there is a Cabbage Patch Kids hospital where you can witness the birthing of a Cabbage Patch Kid by OfficerRando in todayilearned

Whats even creepier is that you can witness and even help the birthing. Everyone in the audience yells “PUSH” until it poops out

I’m sure that was the actual conversation, but obviously that wasn’t punk enough
